Loved the 3 day cleanse!

I am 52yr old and have been on a journey of my own as its my body and everyone is different only you know your body. I have needed a cleanse its been a while. I thought I would buy ready made it would make my life much easier then juicing them myself. I have bad arthritis in my thumbs. Witch is hard to do my own. So this was my first reason for going here. Second is because produce from my home land. And after pay.
I enjoyed all drinks besides beetroot and the morning shot. But in say that it was the ginger that was stronger then what I am used too. Over all I recommended in this company to anyone weather you can't juice your own like myself to a good fresh NEW ZEALAND grown Kai. I did the 3 days, way easy for me to do. Thanks so much fir making my life easier.

Kiaora all, I a real fan of your juices. I had bariatric surgery 3 years ago and have always needed extra boosts of vitamins and the goodness fruits and veges bring. Your juices have certainly given me an easier way to access even better health. Thankyou for the great product.

Physical injury has forced me to stop exercising and I had been relying on sweet processed food since my dad passed away. I really needed a reset. The juices were very tasty - even the sour greens which has kale which I really object too 😏 . I found the day easy to start but it got quite hard from about 2pm. The juices have labels that go around the lid do you know what one is what but the bottles in my box had all fallen off which by 2pm got a bit hard as I was juggling meetings and couldn’t follow the schedule. Between that and the lack of labels, and the freezing weather, I lost my oomph and had some protein at about 6pm. Weirdly though I’ve found the suger cravings have reduced and changed from processed to natural sugars even after that. I’m motivated to try another day cleanse - but not on a work day. I genuinely recommend these juices! They arrive quickly, really well packed with ice bladder things, and the cute cleanse map is easy to follow ( if your labels stay on).

I did the 3-day juicing cleanse before starting intermittent fasting as a way of preparing myself both mentally & physically. The juices were absolutely delicious & my 2-year-old mokopuna enjoyed drinking them with me. If I could afford to, I would love to buy them weekly for us. Absolutely enjoyed my journey! Did my cleanse during a working week, first day was a struggle but the rest of the week I felt content and energetic considering the nature of my job and a roll coaster of a month I’ve had I’ve been able to let go and feel at peace with myself.

My son and I done the cleanse together. We love that it takes the guess work out of what to eat and the effort away. We needed a kickstart into eating better and this was a great choice.

The thought of no eating for 3 days was something I'm not so used to, I mean I'm my own boss so I eat when I'm hungry and if being honest it's always when it would hurt me the most and that's right before sleep 😴 💤 I did a 8 week workout before I started because I wanted to make sure if I tried it that my body would have a Reset knowing the thought of only Juice and nothing else would be doable. Best decision ever my Day 1 was a hype and also anxiety of don't go anywhere near food, lolz wasn't that a shit show everywhere I went food was cooking or being served for free 😅 and yet I didn't feel like I had to, my mind was made up and I knew that crappy food will still be there in 3 days so RELAX WOMAN!!! Day 1 done ✔️ 🙌 thank you Jesus... Day 2 omg my smelling senses turned on and everything being cooked 🍳 😩 smel disgusting, smells of KFC when driving past made me feel like I was pregnant 🤰 🙃 i mean 😅 all the ewwwww and ahhhhhs were awake... still no cravings for food at all.... I also thought I would have diarrhea because it was all liquid but no way " shut the front door" I'm pooping better than before... what is this trickery magic, I mean where has this stuff been all my life... I know this is turning into a novel review but my emotions feel exactly that way these 3 days have done a clear Wipeout where I'm actually telling my puku " you're okay, your not hungry, your just stuck in a routine of breakfast, lunch and dinner" the thought of compulsory eating because we have to - I see this as abse now because it wasn't healthy at all... Day 3 for me seeing the damn light in what food really is!!!! It's a fuel to help us maintain a higher power and that's to be healthy not only for ourselves but for our children, abusing myself with food is not okay... I get it now I honestly do.... the emotions are put aside because it's not meant to match with Kai.... I appreciate this Reset and I'm definitely telling everyone about it!!! Thank you from a mum of 5 who has struggled with food and health for so so long! My mind is awake and not covered by the norms of too many options!!! Don't be a SHEEP be the CHANGE!

Absolutely loved it. Definitely cleansed the body, mind, and spirit. Bloating is gone, I became more aware of my surroundings, and felt very aware and present in the moment. Would love to do a cleanse every month. Thank you!

I tried the 3 day cleanse and wow it was great. I really enjoyed the challenge of not eating solid foods because I love food I thought it would've been hard but the Juice went along way to keeping my cravings satisfied. Energy levels were good throughout the 3 days and I felt less bloated and clogged up.All but one of the Juices tasted nice, the sweet greens was horrible because I don't like celery. Other then that I highly recommend this product and I look forward to my next cleanse.
